With over 20 years first hand experience in the fitness industry and a Degree in Physical Education from the University of Otago, health and fitness has been been a part of my life for so long I can't actually remember a time when it wasn't.  With four kids to run around after I value that fitness more than ever every day. This is why, in recent years, I have chosen to specialise in women's health particularly, fitness during pregnancy and post birth.   Giving birth is a phenomenal act of nature that women are supposedly built for, yet so often, I see the impact these pregnancy and births have on women's bodies, their confidence and their general enjoyment of life and their family. Having trained in excess of 500 women in the Wellington region over the last 6 years I have taken a deep interest in this field of fitness and rehabilitation, have undertaken extensive research and continue to learn on a daily basis.  The results are clear to see from the confidence and strength I see in my clients, but don't take my word for it - check out my clients' testimonials below.

My classes are non judgmental, there can be as little or as much lycra as you like and you can work at your own pace.  There is a class for every fitness level and multiple sessions available throughout the week.
