 Core Connect Course

The Core Connect course is an 8 week postnatal course primarily focused on restoring Pelvic floor function, pelvic stability and postural alignment. These muscles play a large part in pregnancy and labour but are often overlooked in the recovery.

We use swissballs, resistance bands and light weights to ensure that the areas that have weakened during pregnancy and birth are re-engaged and strengthened. The classes cater to individual needs and are designed so you can bring your little one with a flexible structure allowing you to stop and feed, cuddle or change your bub at any point.

Our small group format allows (and encourages!) you to get to know the other attendees quite well, we do what we can to facilitate camaraderie and support.

Joining the Core Connect programme has proven to be beneficial physically, emotionally and psychologically. 

We encourage all new mum’s to start with this course but have a number of other classes available as well so if you’d like to do more than one class a week then take a look at the full timetable here
